Responsiveness Variation

Hi,

We have two websites which both use the EvoLve theme, both updated fully as well. When on a mobile, one website is very responsive (www.adastra-marketing.com) and the other (www.adastrauk.com) is no way near as responsive and looks poor. The only theme settings that have been changed are layouts (both have been set to the same settings as a test however this changed nothing). We have, also, not changed any of the code in Editor.

Any ideas?!
