Responsive>adding image from source>prob!

Hello, I am trying to add an image from my desktop to the RESPONSIVE theme.
I’m at APPEARANCE>THEME OPTIONS>HOME PAGE>FEATURED CONTENT.

The image appears corrupt, I have tried various methods, including
<img src=”WEBNAME ESTATE LOGO.jpg” alt=”WEBNAME ESTATE LOGO” width=”2040″ height=”1900″>
