    The shortcode I use is: [table id=1 responsive=”tablet” /]

The table is in a tab added with visual composer so I thought it was the reason of this issue but I also tried directly on the blank page, the head of the table appear on the left side but everything is unreadable.

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Unfortunately, I can’t find a table on that page 🙁 Can you maybe update the link or post instructions for how to see the table?

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi,

thanks for the new link! Now I can see the table!

The problem here is that that table uses colspan. Unfortunately, the Responsive Tables Extension does not really work with tables that have this 🙁 Sorry.
You should therefore also uncheck the “Use DataTables” checkbox for this table, as this suffers from the same problem.

As an alternative for the responsiveness, I suggest this approach: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/responsive-tables-scroll-only?replies=6#post-5511954
