FYI, I paid for the upgrade version on this too – it’d be great to get a response before I have to ditch it & find another plugin that will accomplish what I need. 🙁
Hi there,
Thanks for the feedback, always appreciated.
Regarding your questions:
1. What is happening is that template 7 is forcing a minimum pixel width, (so that the list of pins below the map doesn’t bunch up into an unreadable vertical column). The new version allows the pins to be displayed vertically instead of horizontally (which also answers question 4), so the responsive width will work perfectly.
2. Currently no. We can look into this for a future release, but it might be tricky on how to allow the map viewer to choose the ‘from’ and ‘to’ pin when requesting the route. Any ideas you have around this would be appreciated!
3. Yes, the new version of the plugin has this option.
4. Yes, also in the new version.
We are just testing the new version and will release it either today or tomorrow (29-30 Oct).
Best,
Steve
Hi Steve,
Great news! You just made my day…thanks so much!
Hmmm…instead of routes, how about displaying a pre-determined route from a KMZ or KML file?
Thanks again!
Lena
Hi Lena,
The new version is now available. We will look to include KML support in the next version, thanks very much for the comments and suggestions.
Best,
Steve
Hey Steve!
Wow! You delivered as promised! I just took the new updates for a spin & it was everything I was looking for! Thanks for making my day! 🙂
Hi Steve!
I seem to be having the same issue with the map not being responsive, regardless if I do map style 7 or 13 & set it to 90% width. I thought I recalled it working before – but not any more. Any ideas?
Thanks again!
Lena
To clarify, this appears to not be responsive on my iPhone – it seems to appears correctly on my desktop/latop browsers.
Never mind! All good! Looks like a map got corrupted or something. I recreated it & it is responsive! Woohoo! 🙂
