   Is there any way to set a background that doesn't depend on resolution?
   Means Background should be appear full.
   When I open my website it just shows the middle portion of the background but when i open my website on my friend PC. It complete shows.
   Is there any way to overcome this?

   If you can post a link to your site, it will help someone help you -- as is, it's not clear what the problem is. Also, what browser and OS are you and your friend using?
