   Would this plugin solve my problem for http://69.89.31.133/~sunnycr4/WP/
   which looks great at high resolution but does not keep the same stuff on the screen at lower resolutions?

   I'm not a computer guy so I need to tell you that.

   The developer said I was getting a fully responsive site but it seems to me it should adjust to screen resolution.

   yes, still a problem on my home page at different resolutions. I hired someone else to work on other issues. Right now the 2 column thing isn't working.

   Hey again,

   Looking at that site it doesn't appear to be responsive at all.
   I'm afraid the only to make this responsive (in terms of the design responding to different browser sizes etc) you would need someone to modify your theme's CSS.
