Resize related products and recommended products image

Hi,
I wonder if someone can help me resize the images of related products shown below the main product image. I’d prefer to have thumbnails 150×150 max but can’t seem to find the setting.

Also, payment method check boxes on checkout pages are not displaying correctly. Useable but ugly. I presumed it was a conflict with my theme but docs say that this page shouldn’t be affected by themes.
