Resize featured images

    Hello all. I just switched themes and the featured images are now shorter and wider than before. I cannot figure out how to fix them. They are currently being “smushed” and stretched to fit. Pardon the laymans terms but I am not terribly savvy in this department. Any suggestions you could give would be helpful.
