Ask them to resend. This is not a wp problem.

If they won't even give you access to your own data base you need to find a new host. In the interim, if that is not feasible, you need to pester them to get the correct email and password. You are the customer, escalate. You are paying 3-5 times what other people pay for hosting.
The part that is super confusing is that according to the emergency.php my password was changed but I can't log on to the account with it.
If Click changed your password then this would not work right? You need to know the password.
