How this is a fault of the plugin?

    1. Plugin supports 25 different networks. Each network has it’s onw rules and interfaces. Each network requre different code for an access which takes memory.

    2. Memory is SO cheap these days. The phone in your pocket has 1GB of memory. How is the requremnt of 64MB (15 times less then your phone) could be too much? If your server has 32Mb limit you probably need to upgrade it anyway. Even WordPress by itself already asks for at least 40MB.

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

This setting increases PHP Memory only for WordPress, not other applications. By default, WordPress will attempt to increase memory allocated to PHP to 40MB (code is at beginning of wp-settings.php), so the setting in wp-config.php should reflect something higher than 40MB.

Its not my server, its the hosting companies server and I have no power to increase it either using the .htaccess file or wp-config file.

From reading on the net increasing memory usage on a server where your website resides on its own doesn’t cause any issues. But when you are on a shared hosting environment with hundreds of websites, then increasing the memory use would obviously cause issues.

At the end of the day I have three different hosting environments with three different companies and your plugin wont work on any of them.
