Required Member Profile

I am trying to have it so that when a registered user logs into their account, they have to fill in their member profile information before they proceed any further. I am in the unique situation where I have hundreds of members, yet not all of them will fill out their information, whether it be because they just forgot, or they are not computer savvy enough to navigate through the admin pages of their account.

Is there a way, with some type of plugin of form, to make it so that when they log in, they are directed to a page, or that part of the member profile admin, where they have to fill it out in order to proceed? It seems a bit complicated, but I am sure their is a way to do it somehow.
