Required field and changing name aren't working

Hello!

I’m testing the module and have some issues, not related with name spaces or similar that I’ve read in forums.

The first problem is that I don’t know how to do Company field required, because I’ve no option for that, only for remove the field or change label.

The second is that I’m changing in Replace label and replace position, in Company default field, Documento, but isn’t working. When I’m going to checkout, Company still remains.

Any idea?
