Require help with Google Sitemap Generator 3 Beta

1. My blog is personal in nature so I have disabled automatic priority calculation automatic and am using the manual option. I need help with the “Change Frequencies” and and Priorities section.

2. The plugin is adding a line of junk code in the last line of the sitemap. Google is showing errors in line 610. I removed the line manually but the next time I do a post, the junk code is back. The code is

<changefreq>always</changefreq>
