my site has a major malfunction...none of the pages or category links work from the main page

this is the error message am getting..all help would be appreciated
Not Found
The requested URL /category/guyana-travel/ was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.37 Server at http://www.radioguyana.net Port 80
So what recently changed? Did you, perhaps, try setting Permalinks?
If so, did your .htaccess get updated -or- did WordPress tell you (bottom of the Options -> Permalinks page) what to manually add to your .htaccess?

no i've not made any changes to the site or reset anything
If you set Permalinks to default, do things work?
If you then set them back to where they currently are, does that help?
If no and no, time to contact you host and ask what's changed.

wow!
works again....set to default and it worked then reset to name and date based permalinks

what may have caused that if yo know? and thanks for the help

Hard to guess what might have caused it. Perhaps something clobbered your .htaccess file?
