    Hello,
    Please correct me if there is a settings that I fail to set, but when I click on a category all the news are fully displayed.
    It's ok for a near empty blog but is barely usable as soon as there are numérous entries, and this make impossible for the visitpor to have a large view of what is in the content.
    What I would like is a listing when the user cliks on category, this listing displays titles only, and when he clicks on a title i get the entry.
    My old hand made weblog works this way and I find this mych much more convenient

    Maybe something like this will work for you?

    @Beel
    This is exactly what I meant.
    The narchives.php doesn't work on my install (wp 1.3 pré-alpha) but the idea is here and it would be a far better solution for the category links.
    If you post daily, and have let's say 5 categories that means that at the end of the year each category will have something like 70 posts.. completely non sens to have them displayed in full each time someone clicks ont the category link...

    It should work (it is working on my 1.3-pre-alpha). How recent is your pre-alpha? You may need to do an update (or just go to the CVS and download the new wp-settings.php).
    It's about one hour old (lastest build)
    Edit: you may also need to run narchives out of the wp directory.
    Very interesting.. and scary.. I'm just transferring my old hand made weblog to Wp and I have the WP directory as my main directory. I mean I don't have http://www.mydomain.com/wp but directly http://www.mydomain.com
    Does this mean that I will have problems in the future ???
    Thanks in advance

    No, I just noticed that you have a subdirectory wp and I could run wp.php out of it so I assumed that is where you have the wordpress files.
