   I am not quite sure what you mean by plugin for sidebar for wordpress admin CP

   for the sidebar on a theme look in your wp-content/themes/whateveryourthemeis

   and edit with notepad sidebar.php or right-sdebar.php or whatever the file is.

   That might be a WP.com specific thing.. WordPress.org and WordPress.com are 2 different sites. Write WordPress.com and ask them about it? WordPress.com has Forums
