Request plugin: User files management, read for details

Heya,

I’m starting a new WP based website that allows users to register, in 3 different “ranks”.
All ranks are payed, so people have to pay to get access to several features.

I’m looking for a plugin, or several plugins that makes this all possible.

Let me explain what I have in mind.

People get on the site and can register for, let’s say Bronze, Silver or Gold membership.
Bronze is cheapest, then comes Silver and Gold is most expensive. They can pay using PayPal and iDeal (Dutch payment system).
Then there’s a page, which is like a member vault. Each member gets it’s own vault, but it depends on the membership what you can do with it.
All members can only upload PDF files, front-end.

Bronze members get 100mb of space, Silver 150mb and Gold 250mb.
Bronze members can only upload files and see when they did it, the name of the files and see the size.
Silver members can upload, see when they did it, name of the files, size and download the file
Gold members can do the same as Silver and are able to upload .doc files.

This is my idea, does anyone know something good or an alternative?
