   I would really like to see improved role management.

   I'm using WP as a CMS and I need to add different roles to different users.

   I also need to restrict backend access to specific pages, so that users don't mess up things on pages whre they should not be.

   Currently I'm using misc. plugins - far from the ideal solution :(
