Request: have Quick Edit show permalink

I happen to be working on an extremely slow server, and it’s painful to click “edit” on a page, wait two minutes and then write down the permalink number so that I can link to it from another page (these are draft pages which aren’t yet linked to, so I can’t just go to the site and find it there).

I don’t want it to be editable, although I suppose that would be nice.

Doesn’t this seem like a Quick Edit type of task? Thanks!
