Request Ability to Create User Created Content

Hello, I am the administrator at scottisalwaysright.com. It is a fairly new site based on reviews, articles, and hopefully with your help, user created content. What I need is some sort of alteration of the site (such as a plugin) that allows for users who are signed up through the site to create different pieces of content. This should then be posted in a designated “user-created content” zone and would not be featured content. It would be searchable but it would not show up on the homepage or as recent articles. Another key feature would be for the staff to moderate the content to make sure it fits our guidelines.
