Req: Default the datepicker time to 00:00 again!

I’ve been using the datepicker to set an expiry date on specific posts, it’s always 00:00 so it was great not to have to adjust that, somewhere in a previous CFS update the datepicker now uses ‘current time’ by default.

Is there some way I can override this in functions.php so it defaults to 00:00 again or more selfishly, could I request this option be included in an update please?
