I don't see where one reports that a blog is stealing posts from other blogs and reposting. Naturally the blog has no contact information and comments are closed.

As WordPress is open source software that can be used by anyone for any purpose, WordPress.org has no control over the content of blogs running the software, therefore there is no place here to report blogs that violate copyright.
