   I'm trying to find where I should report a plugin that's listed and SEEMS to not actually do anything except lead people to a paid adverts page.

   Although I've hunted round, I can't seem to find where and how to do it. (Not helped by the "Stop Censorship" banner, which stops users using the main "search" function!)

   Any ideas, anyone?
