    Hi,

When I Create A New Page In The Admin Panel It Automatically Puts A "Leave A Reply" comment box on the page. And i don't want one of those on every page. i only want comments on blog posts. how can i get rid of it on new pages i create?

    thanx.

If your theme has it's own page template (page.php), comment out the offending lines.

I think what you would do is when you go to publish the page, before publishing, unselect the "allow comments" from the discussion area near the top right.

idner - that would likely leave a "comments are closed" remark on that page.

yosemite is right - you need to remove the call for it in the page.php file.
