Gave Replies Only a test try as well, broken as well.
Also, there's no option to switch from "replies only" to ALL within normal subscription pages.
Also, when advanced subscription is enabled, the checkbox is missing, which I presume means anytime a person makes a comment, they will be subscribed by default.
Normal subscriptions appear to work as intended. Management pages for readers work as well otherwise, so it just seems to be the replies only option that's buggy.

When using advanced subscriptions, users can subscribe to all comment notifications, or just replies to their particular comment, correct? I tested a subscription where I'm only supposed to get replies to a comment I made, but I received nothing, even though I've posted multiple replies to try to trigger these notifications.

Yes I know it's in the management page, I'm saying it's not available on subscription pages, meaning the pages readers have access to so they can modify subscriptions on their own. If they choose "replies to this comment" they don't have the option of switching back and forth from that to "ALL" notifications, like I do on my administrative page. Does that make sense?
I found the bug and I'm working on it. Thank you for pointing that out.
