Replies as comments not working

    Hi,
    Not sure what i’m missing here. I’m able to send email to Postie email and it post on the site. but when replying from another email address, it posts to the author archive rather than as a comment to the original.

    I’m using “re:” in the subject line.
    I’m replying to the Postie email.
    I’m using two different accounts on my wordpress site. one to post and one to reply.
    Both accounts can post, but not reply.

    any help is greatly appreciated…

    Try changing the “Match short category” setting to “No”, the category logic is finding a category that starts with “re” and removing it before the reply logic happens.
