Replacing ">>" on Kubrick sidebar with a graphic (2 posts)

    I am trying to replace the ">>" with a graphic bullet. I've tried this solution.

    http://lorelle.wordpress.com/2005/09/23/wordpress-tips-and-tricks-for-style-sheets/

    and this code...

    .entry ul {margin-left: 0px; padding: 0 0 0 30px;
    list-style-position:outside; list-style:url(ball.gif) disc; }
    .entry li { margin: 7px 0 8px 10px; }

    I can make the bullets go away with this code...

    /* Comment out starts -
    .entry ul li:before, #sidebar ul ul li:before { content: "0BB 020"; }
    Comment out ends */

    But replacing them with graphic bullets has proven to be impossible.

    Anyone have a solution?

    I've tried this solution too...

    #sidebar ul {
    list-style-image: url(/wp-images/image.gif);
    }

    It doesn't work either.

    I'm using the default Kubrick template and haven't made any alterations to it. Has there been a change in 2.2 that the bullets have to be edited in a different way?
