My WP dashboard/editing pages... overall backend is not working properly. Examples: I can't switch between visual and html editor, Quick Edit isn't working, Media uploader opens fulling in the web-browser rather than a "Pop-up" element, and then the left column navigation (Posts, Media, Pages, etc) won't open the drop down menus when the arrow to the right of those tabs is clicked
I have already disabled all plugins to see if they were an issue, and they weren't.
I have also changed my theme to the TwentyTen Theme and the problem persists.
So this leads me to believe That my WP core files have become corrupt in some way.
Can I just re-upload/re-write all the WP core files to replace the current ones?
