   Hi,

   I need help please. I was trying to replace the masthead.jpg file with my own masthead.jpg it did not work.

   I am using RIN theme where the width is 750pxl and height is 135pxl

   I created a jpg file with exactly the same pixels with the original masthead.jpg but it was just does not show.

   Did I miss something? Please gurus I need your kind

   Is the new image uploaded? Is it in the right directory? No really is it? Is the CSS absolutely perfect. Is the url correct? Have you refreshed. Did you do a hard reload? Is it a cache thing?

   and the message:

   Thank you very much!, the problem is solved.

   Eventually the file (masthead.jpg) I created using adobe photoshop contains errors (thanks moshu). What I did then open it using Microsoft Office Picture Manager, resized it and uploaded it and it works.

   Again thanks a lot, for your kind assistance.

   Ps, don't laugh on my picture :)
