    When I subscribe to the newsletter, I receive and email with a link. Then, when i click the link, the page it brings me to repeats the information about the subscription confirmation several times over. How do i fix this? The link to get to the subscription is at http://www.taniadibbs.com/blog/ then look in the side bar.

    @bryeds,

    Are there any pages on your site at all? (By that I mean WordPress "Pages"). You need to create one if there is not one published to handle subscriptions and unsubscriptions.

    Ok, where do you tell subscribe2 what page to use to handle sub and unsubscriptions? The site is full of pages and blog entries.

    @bryeds,

    It's a drop down selection box under Appearence in the Subscribe2->Settings page in the WirdPress admin area.

    Ok, thank you, I'll look for it when I'm back on the project this weekend or Monday. Where do I find the requirements of what to put on the page to use for subscriptions, or should it be a generic page modeled after the single template or the standard default page template? What I don't want is the repeating information and now I'm thinking its probably using a standard blog page which is obviously for a repeating list of information, whereas single is for a single post listing or page for a single page.

    I just tested this and it works as I expected based on your post. I didn't see the page selector when i was int he options before, it was right there, sorry for posting a question where the answer was so obvious, and thank you for providing the answer! I truly appreciate the help and responsiveness.

    @bryeds,

    At the most basic level, all you need is a page, it doesn't even need anything on it.

    You could consider putting the Subscribe2 shortcode on there and using it for sign up and you might also want to put a statement on there for your readers about your privacy policy.

    I'm glad it's all working for you now though :)
