    Hi,

You haven’t provided a link to the site, so cannot be specific with the solution or can’t even figure out why this happens. All the screenshot tells me is that there is a problem.

Please, please post a URL in support requests so we can help each other out.

Still, using our magical clairvoyance, I feel this is bad jQuery that’s probably scraping the page for a logo by a bad selector and getting the uploaded media. But this is as true as saying Harry Potter is behind all this!

    Regards.

    Hi,

Did you check the widget that you’ve used? It seems like there’s some shortcode that’s inserting the image.

Also, did you check how it is with the default theme? Because BuddyPress Media doesn’t fiddle with anything else in the site.

    Regards.

    Hi Saurabh,
with this theme the content of the footer comes from a static block, not from a widget. I think I found a solution. In the Theme settings page in the Filters section you have to check the Static block checkbox in the prepend_attachment Content filter section. Also in the Footer static block page select the All content filters radio button. Thank you the help.

I have the same theme and the same error but couldn’t understand your way of resolution.
Can you please guide how you solved it ??
    Would be really thankful !
