   Yes, the infamous "changed URL address in General Settings" bit me, made a stupid mistake and am trying to get it unraveled.

   The challange is the site was not made by me nor is it hosted by me so do not have access to make the needed changes. I have the resources and forwarded them on to the person who has the access:

   http://www.wordpressmax.com/wordpress-guide/changed-wordpress-address-cant-login

   It's been a little bit and would like try to get it resolved myself, is there any other way in via WordPress.org or is going through the person who made it the only way???

   Any direction or assistance will be appreaciated...

   Sorry but no. Changing_The_Site_URL details the only available methods.
