How can we control the order that items appear (in the premium version) in the list of markers either to the right or left of the map itself?

I've emailed support about this too and received nothing... feeling a little bad about purchasing this plugin. It'd be nice to at least get an answer, even if the answer is "you can't".

At the moment it is not possible to reorder the list (it is automatically ordered alphabetically). It is however a feature we plan to roll out with the next release update. So I understand what you are looking for, what (other than alphabetically) would you like to be able to order the list by? The date that the pin was added to the map?

A drag-n-drop re-arrange from the backend would be nice, or even just the ability to assign the order using numbers or something.

If I know they're ordered alphabetically, I suppose I can add numbers to the beginning of each for now and get them to re-arrange that way.

The ideal, however, would be if users can sort by closest-to-their-own-address. That's how most of these maps are used, to find the nearest location to you. Most of the maps also go so far as, once you put in your location, the results will auto-rearrange to nearest and then include "Result #1... (.08mi), Result #2... (1.9mi)" etc - the rough distance fro m the location you entered.
That's probably a bit out of scope for an update, though.

Thanks for the reply - this should work just fine for now.

Thanks for your feedback, it's a great idea, we will add it to the pipeline of feature enhancements. Glad that you managed to find a workaround though.
