    Anybody can read the site content
    An Apartment Owner after an subscription payment he can create an ad on the site, I imagine I can create this ad with custom post types, and use a custom template to design the ad-page

    I also want a wiki-page per destination city, anybody can edit the content, if they want to be kept upto date they can signup with a simple email signup form. All contributions are moderated

    so I want to know are there any plugins or mix of plugins out there that can do this out of the box or with little customisation
