I used an other email and now does is work correctly. … no idea why.
Same issue again. I guess the problem is the rendering server. Thank’s God it is for free. I wouldn’t pay for this service.
maybe your pdfs are not valid for conversion at our servers? after these dozen uploads your account at our servers were blocked in some way. So that was the reason for working with your next email-adress.
Could you please send us some of your pdfs? So we could have a closer look for that error.

I have the same problem. it has frozen rendering some test PDFs.
it can manage to upload and process a one page pdf but can’t upload a multi page document.
