My site is currently in a folder at kitkaplan.com/metaphysical. I want the URL to be kitkaplan.com/metaphysical-marketing. Is there an easy way to do this and not break the links within the site as I have cross-linked many pages.

nothing should break as wordpress will take care of the canonical redirects
after move, re-save your permalinks
