Rename in Media Library Reloads without renaming

Hello,
Thank you for your plugin has solved alot of my clients issues, I’m finding no issue when renaming a file from the attachment edit page for that specific media file.
But if I’m in the Media Library listing and change the name there and click enter it simply reloads the page without any change.
When I do click enter the URL changes though to:
http://myvancity.ca/wp-admin/upload.php?s=Bartender&_wpnonce=50870a2da7&_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2Fupload.php%3Fs%3DBartender%26action%3D-1%26m%3D0%26paged%3D1%26_mr_wp_nonce%3D11df721506%26action2%3D-1%26affected%26_ajax_nonce%3Df933960fcb%26ps&action=-1&m=0&paged=1&_mr_wp_nonce=11df721506&_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2Fupload.php%3Fs%3DBartender%26action%3D-1%26m%3D0%26paged%3D1%26_mr_wp_nonce%3D11df721506%26action2%3D-1%26affected%26_ajax_nonce%3Df933960fcb%26ps&action2=-1&affected=&_ajax_nonce=f933960fcb&ps=*Not sure if that’s of any help.
