how to add an if statement to style.css
to add selective CSS, use for example the page template specific CSS classes which are output by the body_class()
function;

http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/body_class#Page
So that basically means that I need to create a custom CSS for those pages?
I probably should have noted earlier: I don’t have a good knowledge of web programming, just good debugging skills.
I’ve been thinking about it:
When I use the full width template, I have an new class in the body of the page called “page-template-page-full-width-php”. So to address the before I should write something like:
.page-template-page-full-width-php #main::before {
}
Right? What should I put there?
something like:
.page-template-page-full-width-php .site:before {
width: 0;
}
also review my article about a totally full width page template:
