Removing the "Posted in Uncategorized" at the bottom of each individual post

Hi there. I’m super new to wordpress. A friend gave me a quick tutorial yesterday, and I’m now exploring “twenty-eleven.”

I’d like to remove the “Posted in Uncategorized” text at the bottom of each post. All of my posts (current and future) fall into one general category … and so, I don’t really need this text.

Can anyone help? I’ve searched through the forum but couldn’t find anything that worked.
