Removing the "Network Admin" link for it's not a Super Admin

    Hi,

    When the admin of the site access the MS robots.txt options he/she has the following tabs:
    ‘Home’ ‘Presets’ ‘Help’ ‘Network Admin’

    If they click on the “Network Admin” they will not be able to access the page with the message “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”. It’s all ok, but it would be even better if there’s an option to make the tab “Network Admin” invisible for the users who do not have Super Admin role.
