   Im trying to remove the gap below the custome header, i removed the main header and i want the custom to butt up with the top of the white.

   The key is in the css.

   Look for this line. #top{z-index:1;cursor:pointer;display:block;margin-left:7px;margin-bottom:-5px;position:relative;bottom:-55px;margin-top:-55px;min-height:56px;}

   Add the margin-bottom and a negative number so it moves down towards the white, you'll have to play with the numbers a bit.
