[resolved] Removing the /blog page from my site (3 posts)

    Hi,

I see people coming to my site via http://www.robinwyatt.org/photography/blog. This is not a page I maintain (I have a 'journal' page which is what you might regard as a blog), and I see that stuff gets put into it that I don't want to be there. It actually looks like a bit depository for random junk from my site, including things I uploaded in a draft state. Even after switching to 'private' and 'draft', I still see this material at the /blog, even when signed out of admin. What can I do about this? I'd actually prefer to have no http://www.robinwyatt.org/photography/blog page at all, and for it to disappear from Google!

    Thanks in advance!

    Robin

If you own http://www.robinwyatt.org/photography/blog, but don't use it or want people to use it you can forward it in .htaccess. IF you can get to the .htaccess file in your ftp that is. Just plug forward site in .htaccess into google and you should find the code to add.
