   I was wondering if anyone knew how you could remove a sub menu from the admin menu

   for example:

   You have Posts....under that I would like to remove Post Tags

   I'm looking to other similar ones too...the reason is because I am using it as a CMS for a client....and I am trying to remove anything they won't be using to be less confusing.
