Although many people seem to have the same problem as me and I have read about two dozen "fixes," I still can't figure out how to get rid of my page title on my WordPress site:

See how it says "HI THERE"? I named the Page "Hi there" so it wouldn't just say HOME.
I'm using the Manifest Theme from WordPress. All of the advice that I've read talks about going into the theme's page.php, but I have no idea what that means! I can't find any clear instruction on how to access the theme's editor. In my Dashboard options, I can't find an editor button anywhere.
Does anyone have any help for a true computer idiot?
