Removing One Menu Link Causes Entire Blog 404 Error (2 posts)

After installing a new theme, mygRID2, everything was working perfectly. However, as a leftover from my old layout (using the dTabs plugin), I had two "home" links at the top in the menu bar. I deleted the additional home link from dTabs, however, it still didn't disappear. I then went into the traditional menu options and deleted the home link from there. However, once I did that, none of the pages or posts on my website can be found. I get a 404 error. However, they are all still in my WordPress admin archive. What happened here? I was so happy to get my website working, and I would like to do what I can to fix it. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Update: all my pages and entries seem to have a 404 error, though I fixed the menu issue. However, they're all still stored in the admin panel. How do I get them back to my site?
