    Hi There,

    This is the first time I've posted a question here so please go easy on me! I'd simply like to remove my name from the bottom of category posts. I'll be selling other people's products and I don't want there to be any misgivings about who should get credit for creating the product. Thanks a bunch ahead of time. My site's URL is http://www.therightcardandmore.com

    In your wordpress dashboard click the "Appearance" tab on your left, then click on "Editor" tab below. Here you should see the "Spun: Stylesheet (style.css)" find the "footer.php" file on the right under templates.

    Here you will see the <div class="site-info"> locate the line of code below and make changes to sections with "Change name here" and "http://yoururl.com"

    <?php printf( __( '%1$s by %2$s.', 'Change name here' ), '', 'Change name here' ); ?>

    Hope this helps

    You could also do this without touching template files by adding a bit of css.

    .byline { display: none; }

    But I also want to stress that, regardless of which method works for you, you shouldn't do ANYTHING to the original theme files. It's safer to preserve the original theme and also keep your changes separate by creating a child theme or use a custom css plugin.
