Removing months and dates

Plugin works like a charm.
But I have two questions:
1) How to remove from the php file the months headers in Posts DATE List Type, i.e. February, January, etc.
2) How to remove from the php file the dates near the pages in the Pages DATE List Type, i.e. (03.01.14), etc.
