Removing Link from Parent Category for navigation

    I am trying to use wp_list_categories as my method of site navigation.

    I only want the Child Categories to contain links, how do i remove the link from the parent category?

    Example:

    Top-Nav (Parent Cateogry, not clickable)
    >subnav (Child Category, clickable)
    >subnav (Child Category, clickable)
