    Good evening:

I’m using the Vizio theme (child theme) and have checked in WooCommerce settings the option of enable stock management and hide out of stock items from the catalog. Also did the same in each product. I only have 1 in stock quantity.

Issue is that when doing the website test and buying the product, it should disappear automatically from the catalog/shop/website, but in this case still appears in site and this for me is a huge issue since all of my products are unique and that’s why I have for all just 1 in stock.

How can I solve this issue?

Are you using the .org provided plugin that vendor has a support channel for here? If not, head over to their support page please.

Please be specific when posting here.

    Hello:

Yes, I’m using that plugin, and by the way, I tried to be as specific as I can, not sure what else are you asking for. That’s not the way to answer a question, not professional at all.

Please review the best way to get help here:

Please read the codex docs on what forum users will need to include in a post to get help, and also what items are supported here.

I asked exactly what needed to be asked to be of further assistance.

Now, I shall make popcorn. Cheers.

    8) website: melrivago.com (right now is in maintenance mode since I cannot go live due to this issue). Let me know if you need to access.

    10) Issue: When I made the website test (buying a product), it didn’t disappear/hide like it’s supposed to do. As you can see in the screenshot the option of hide out of stock products is enabled.

Please advise since this is a huge concern for me and I haven’t found any solution in the other forums, Google, support team, etc.

Let me know if you need additional information. Thanks in advance.

PD. Hope you enjoyed your popcorn. Cheers!
