i use <b></b> and <i></i> in my post titles and i dont want them showing on facebook, is there a code that can strip them?

hi, I’d go for the_title_attribute() instead of the_title : the_title_attribute() documentation

is there anyway i can put a piece of code in my functions.php to make the_title_attribute() used globally ? or for the_title to be stripped there?

I don’t know such a technique.
To me this kind of massive change can result in bad surprises.

if i change the_title to the_title_attribute on my single page, will facebook still take the_title?
